HCD-1500 New Energy Locomotive

Adopting the internationally advanced 32 torque permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as the main drive, FOC closed-loop control technology is used to automatically monitor the speed and frequency of the locomotive. The whole vehicle drive system is integrated into the whole vehicle VCU for real-time data monitoring and control of the locomotive. It is mainly used for shunting and short distance freight operations in coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, ports, railway logistics parks and other working conditions.

High power permanent magnet high-efficiency drive motor :Energy saving and efficient, with high traction torque. Built in water-cooled circulation, maintenance free design for the entire machine, with a design life of 20 years, it is an advanced replacement product for locomotive traction in industrial and mining scheduling.
High power motor drive system :Adopting the most advanced international DTC low speed high torque variable frequency speed regulation technology, the DC power of the battery pack is inverted into adjustable three-phase AC power through high-power IGBT components. The output nodes are multiple, the combination is flexible, the overall design is compact, and installation and maintenance are convenient .
Energy storage device :Our company can provide different device solutions for locomotives, including lithium iron phosphate battery packs, supercapacitors, or lithium titanate battery packs, which can achieve a maximum device power of 3800kw · h and full charging within one hour.
