Hunan Shaoli Group Electric Co., Ltd. was founded in Xiangtan city Hunan Province in 1995. Registered capital and paid-in capital are both 78 million. The company covers the area of 66,000 square metre and has 284 employees including 25 people top R&D team and 20 people Q&C team. The products are mainly divided into 2 parts, 1.5t-152t mining battery locomotive and trolley locomotive, 12t-65t tunnel battery locomotives and supporting equipment.
The brand “SHALO” is a well-known trademark in China. The self-made ratio of our products exceeds 90%, and both motors and lead-acid batteries are produced by ourselves. We are the only electric locomotive manufacturer in China that produces its own motors and batteries. The products have obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, CE certification. We have independent intellectual property rights of domesticleading technologies such as IGBT step-less speed regulating systems, hydraulic drive systems, AC variable frequency converters, dual-motor traction control system, unmanned driving control system, rail-mounted luxury manned locomotive and battery variable frequency fast electric locomotive and so on.
Development History
1995: Xiangtan mine electric locomotive equipment factory was established.
2000: Name is changed as “Xiangtan Electric Locomotive Factory Co.,Ltd.”
2004: The first 18 tonne battery operated locomotive with IGBT chopper speed regulating in China was developed by us.
2005: The first 20 tonne battery operated locomotive with hydraulic speed regulating in China was successfully developed by us.
2006: The first 30 tonne AC frequency conversion speed regulation electric locomotive in China was produced by us.
2007: “National high-tech enterprises” was issued.
2007: The first battery operated locomotive with AC variable frequency converters in China was successfully developed by us.
2008: The first 30 tonne trolley locomotive with Ac variable frequency converters in China was successfully developed by us.
2010: The first railway-mounted luxury passenger locomotive in China was successfully developed by us
2012: The first 45 tonne battery locomotive was successfully developed for entering the filed of metrotunnel construction.
2013: “SHAOLI” was issued as “national famous trademark”.
2021: The first 65 tonne battery locomotive in China was successfully developed by us and was exported to Outer Mongolia.
2023: Name is changed as “Hunan Shaoli Group Electric Co., Ltd.”
